Revision Policy

The revision policy of the company is as follows:

  • Students placing an order with PaperMatic agree with all the terms and conditions mentioned.
  • Students, while placing an order will provide all necessary instructions otherwise we will not be held liable for any consequences.
  • Revisions are unlimited if we fail to comply with provided instructions.
  • Upon revision(s), no additional work will be entertained which was not mentioned during order placement.
  • For any additional work, there will be a charge, depending on the urgency, nature of work and word count.
  • For an order of 250 to 5000 words, a customer can claim a revision within 15 days of delivery after which we will charge the customer for the work required.
  • For an order having 5000 or more words, customer can claim a revision within 30 days of delivery after which we will charge the customer for the work required.
  • Revisions will not be delivered on Sundays.
  • Student placing an order with 24 hours deadline can ask for revision as soon as they receive the order but revision will be sent to customer in 8 to 12 hours, from the time revision was requested.
  • Customer placing an order with 24 to 48 hours deadline can ask for revision as soon as they receive the order but revision will be sent to customer in 24 hours, from the time revision was requested.
  • Customer placing an order with 48 to 72 hours deadline can ask for revision as soon as they receive the order but revision will be sent to customer in 24 hours, from the time revision was requested.
  • If your order is within 5000 words, we may need up to three days to revise it.
  • If your order is within 5000 words, we may need up to three days to revise it.
